Based on the practice of interdisciplinary collaboration through intercollegiate cooperation, the authors analyze its effects on and role in talents nurturing for medical colleges.It also discusses the problems in the process of collaborative education practice and proposes corresponding measures so as to promote the common development of collaborative colleges and universities.
