学前教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,是终身学习的开端。改革开放以来,我国学前教育取得很大发展,入学普及率大幅提高,但由于种种历史、制度和社会等原因,公办幼儿园教师老龄化程度趋于明显。在明确幼儿教师老龄化概念的基础上,文章探讨了老龄化产生的原因和弊端,提出相应的问题解决策略。

Pre-school education is an important part of national education system,is the beginning of a lifelong learning. Since the reform and opening up,our pre-school education has achieved great development,popularize degree increase,but due to various historical,institutional and social reasons,state-run kindergarten teachers aging tend to significantly. This paper aims to define the concept of preschool teachers aging,to explore the causes and defects by aging,proposed corresponding strat-egies to solve.
