建立了一种基于微生物法检测婴幼儿配方奶粉中生物素含量的快速检测方法。采用该方法检测生物素时其标准曲线相关系数为0.9997,平行测试的RSD为2.89%-4.92%,加标实验回收率在90.3%-97.3%之间。与传统国标方法相比,该方法操作简单,优化了样品前处理过程,缩短了实验周期,提高了效率。与试剂盒法相比,该方法的准确度和重现性良好,且经济实用,适合在实验室推广应用。

This paper established a rapid microbiological detection based method of biotin in infant formula milk powder. By using this method, correlation coeffi cient of the standard curve was 0.9997, RSD of parallel tests was between 2.89% and 4.92%, and recovery rate of standard addition experiment was between 90.3% and 97.3%. Compared with traditional GB method, the new method optimized the pre-treatment process of sample, which was easy to operate with shorter experimental period and higher effi ciency. Compared with kit method, the new method featured with higher accuracy, better reproducibility, and more economical and practical, which was suitable for popularization and application in the laboratory.
