以不同种植年限的紫穗槐根际和非根际土壤为试验对象,采用 Tiessen 等修正后的 Hedley 土壤磷素分级方法,对其有效磷、全磷及不同形态磷组分进行了分析研究。结果表明,不同年限根际土壤有效磷含量均高于非根际土壤。从无机磷含量特征可以看出除了 H2 O-Pi(水溶磷)和 Conc.HCl-Pi(浓 HCl 提取无机磷)外,其余无机磷均是 Y60的含量最高。不同形态磷:除 Y28的 NaHCO3-Po(0.5 mol/L NaHCO3提取有机磷)外,其他株龄的 NaH-CO3-Pi(0.5 mol/L NaHCO3提取无机磷),NaOH-Pi(0.1 mol/L NaOH 提取无机磷),NaHCO3-Po,NaOH-Po(0.1 mol/L NaOH 提取有机磷),Conc.HCl-Po(浓 HCl 提取有机磷)含量均是根际高于非根际土壤相应磷指标含量。根际土壤有效磷与 Dil.HCl-Pi 和 Conc.HCl-Po 含量显著相关(P <0.05),H2 O-Pi 与 Total-P 含量显著相关(P <0.05),根际和非根际土壤有效磷与 pH 值和根际全磷含量相关性均不显著(P >0.05)。

The rhizosphere and bulk soil of Amorpha fruticosa established in different years were studied.A-vailable phosphorus (P),total P and P fractions were analysed using the method of Hedley which was a soil P classification method revised by Tiessen.Available P levels in the rhizosphere were higher than those out of the rhizosphere.The Y60 had the highest inorganic P content than the other except for H2 O-Pi and Conc.HCl-Pi. The NaHCO3-Pi,NaOH-Pi,NaHCO3-Po,NaOH-Po,and Conc.HCl-Po in the rhizosphere were higher than those in bulk soil in different aged Amorpha except for NaHCO3-Po in Y28 .Available P in the rhizosphere had a significant relationship with Dil.HCl-Pi and Conc.HCl-Po.H2 O-Pi and total P had a significant relation-ship.Available P and pH in the rhizosphere and out of the rhizosphere did not have a significant relationship with total P in the rhizosphere.
