研究目的：研究基于产业承接的土地保障监管关键技术，明确集成方法，确定系统架构和工作原理，并以皖江城市带为示范区建设信息系统。研究方法：系统分析法和实例验证法。研究结果：（1）提出的基于产业承接的土地保障监管关键技术及集成方法，能较全面的分析土地保障与监管各个环节；（2）将产业优选、用地保障、空间引导和用地监管子系统紧密结合，实现了产业项目的有效选址与监管目标。研究结论：基于产业承接的土地保障监管系统较好地解决了产业承接过程中土地保障与监管的现实问题，具有较广泛的应用价值。
연구목적：연구기우산업승접적토지보장감관관건기술，명학집성방법，학정계통가구화공작원리，병이환강성시대위시범구건설신식계통。연구방법：계통분석법화실례험증법。연구결과：（1）제출적기우산업승접적토지보장감관관건기술급집성방법，능교전면적분석토지보장여감관각개배절；（2）장산업우선、용지보장、공간인도화용지감관자계통긴밀결합，실현료산업항목적유효선지여감관목표。연구결론：기우산업승접적토지보장감관계통교호지해결료산업승접과정중토지보장여감관적현실문제，구유교엄범적응용개치。
The purpose of this paper is to find out the key integration technology for land permission and supervision based on industrial undertaking, and develop an information system, including integration methods, design path and principle. Methods used are systematic analysis and case study. The results show that 1)the key technology and integration methods could provide a comprehensive analysis; 2)sub system, including industry preferred, land permission, space guidance and land supervision, could achieve the aim of industry project location and supervision. The conclusion indicates that the information system could solve perfectly the problem of land permission and supervision in industrial undertaking. It is also useful for widely application.
