对柱形碳纤维缠绕复合材料气瓶进行了落锤冲击试验,应用10,15,20,25,30 J 五种能量对气瓶筒身段3处不同环向位置分别进行冲击。对冲击前后超声检测情况、冲击深度与冲击能量关系、内窥检测和剖切观察情况以及部分冲击位置热揭层观察情况进行了讨论分析。试验结果表明,冲击载荷作用下分层损伤主要发生在复合材料表层,低能量下,随冲击能量增大冲击凹坑深度增加;复合材料气瓶筒身段中部比筒身与封头连接处具有更好的抗冲击性;由复合材料表层损伤不能断定内部是否发生损伤。
對柱形碳纖維纏繞複閤材料氣瓶進行瞭落錘遲擊試驗,應用10,15,20,25,30 J 五種能量對氣瓶筒身段3處不同環嚮位置分彆進行遲擊。對遲擊前後超聲檢測情況、遲擊深度與遲擊能量關繫、內窺檢測和剖切觀察情況以及部分遲擊位置熱揭層觀察情況進行瞭討論分析。試驗結果錶明,遲擊載荷作用下分層損傷主要髮生在複閤材料錶層,低能量下,隨遲擊能量增大遲擊凹坑深度增加;複閤材料氣瓶筒身段中部比筒身與封頭連接處具有更好的抗遲擊性;由複閤材料錶層損傷不能斷定內部是否髮生損傷。

The drop -weight impact tests were conducted on cylinder carbon fiber composite over -wrapped vessel.Three axial locations on barrel of vessel were test with energy of 10,15,20,25,30 J. Comparative study of ultrasonic detection before and after impact,the curve of impact energy and depth of impact pit,inspection results with endoscope and of splited vessel,analysis of some parts with the thermal deply technique were discussed.The test results indicate that surface layers of composite were stratified af-ter impact,in the low energy condition,the depth of impact pit increases when impact energy grows.The impact resistance ability of middle part of composite vessel barrel is better that of connector of barrel and end socket.Whether the inner of composite is damaged cannot be distinguished from damage of surface layers.
