传统棉织物冷轧堆前处理生产周期长、效率低.研究了EDTA(Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid)和TAED(Tetraacetyl ethylene diamine)在棉织物冷轧堆前处理中的应用.通过对试验效果的综合比较,H2O2/TAED活化体系作用效果最佳,其对应的最佳工艺为:H2O230 g/L,NaOH 30 g/L,TAED 7 g/L,堆置时间14 h.该工艺条件下,织物白度80.7,强力736 N,毛效11.8 cm/30 min.

For the problem of long production cycle and low efficiency of traditional cold pad pretreat?ment of cotton fabric, application of hydrogen peroxide activator EDTA (Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) and TAED (Tetraacetyl ethylene diamine) in cold pad-batch pretreatment of cotton fabric was investigated. Through a comprehensive comparison of the experiment, the results showed that H2O2/TAED activation sys?tem had the best effect. The corresponding optimum process was: H2O2 30 g/L, NaOH 30 g/L, TAED 7 g/L, batching time 14 h. Under those conditions, the whiteness of fabric was 80.7, the strength was 736 N, and the capil ary effect was 11.8 cm/30 min.
