为了研究迷宫式调节阀的流量特性,利用CFD方法对其内部流场进行了模拟,得到流场中压力和速度分布,计算流量系数并得到流量特性。模拟试验结果表明迷宫流道结构能达到均匀降压,调节阀流量特性为线性,符合预期目标。
為瞭研究迷宮式調節閥的流量特性,利用CFD方法對其內部流場進行瞭模擬,得到流場中壓力和速度分佈,計算流量繫數併得到流量特性。模擬試驗結果錶明迷宮流道結構能達到均勻降壓,調節閥流量特性為線性,符閤預期目標。

In order to study the flow character of the labyrinth type regulating valve,CFDmethod was used to simulate the inner flow field,and the pressure distribution and velocity distribution in the flow field were obtained.The flow coefficient and the flow character were computed.The simulation result shows that the construction of labyrinth channels can reduce pressure evenly,and the flow character of the regulating valve is linear,whichmeet the desired goal.
