结合山西中南部铁路通道红岭隧道弹性支承块式无砟轨道施工,简要介绍了整体轨排框架法、简易轨排架法两种无砟轨道施工工装的基本构成、施工工艺流程及其物流组织选择,同时从施工过程中投入的费用、物流循环速度、混凝土收面质量、直曲线地段精调、混凝土浇筑前后轨道几何形态控制、施工功效等方面对比了两种工装的优劣,提出了两套工装在保证质量、提升功效方面的优化方案,可为类似工程在工装选择时提供参考。

Combining with Hongling tunnel elastic bearing block-type ballastless track construction of Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway thoroughfare,this paper briefly introduces the basic composition,construction technology process, logistics organization choice for two kinds of ballastless track construction tooling,which are overall rail frame method and simple rail erection method,compares these two tooling quality from the aspects such as construction expense, logistics circulation velocity,concrete surface quality,fine tuning of straight curve section,geometric morphology control before and after the concrete pouring and construction efficiency,puts forward the optimization scheme for tw o kinds of tooling in order to assure quality and enhance the effectiveness,w hich could provide a reference for tooling selection in similar projects.
