以山西中南部铁路通道路基施工为例,介绍了我国重载铁路技术标准现状,在贯彻“绿色通道”理念的基础上,提出了路基边坡防护、路基排水措施以及路基施工工艺和方法,并论述了施工控制要点,给出了在现有标准下提高路基施工质量的措施和建议,对今后类似工程的施工具有借鉴作用。

The paper outlines the technical standards of China regarding heavy haul railway,and on this basis looks into the construction of Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway thoroughfare. W ith the environmental-friendly vision in mind,the paper proposes the construction techniques for subgrade and slope protection,as well as the approaches for subgrade drainage. It provides the key techniques in detail,and suggestions for improvement under the current standard to this end. T he paper is of value for future study in this field.
