针对山西中南部铁路通道石楼隧道穿越第三系粉质黏土段的实际情况,结合国内外研究成果及相关规范,在对支护结构安全及稳定性分析的基础上,对隧道穿越粉质黏土的工程特性及支护体系进行了总结。隧道施工开挖过程中,洞壁围岩土体位移显著且持续时间长,围岩成洞性较差,裂隙发育,应采取加强初期支护、加强锁脚锚管、采用大拱脚、拱架底部设置槽钢等措施,避免钢拱架拱脚悬空,保证支护结构安全可靠。

For the stone floor tunnel of Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway thoroughfare passing through the tertiary silty clay section,this paper concluded the engineering characteristics and support system for the tunnel passing through the silty clay based on analysis of supporting structure safety and stability by combing with domestic and abroad research results and related specifications. In the process of tunnel excavation,the soil displacement of tunnel wall surrounding rock is obvious and lasts for a long time,cavity of surrounding rock is weak and cracks develop, which means the measures should be taken including enhancement of initial supporting and locking foot anchor pipe, big arch springing and channel steel setting at arch bottom ,and suspended arch foot of steel arch should be avoided in order to ensure safe and reliable supporting structure.
