山西中南部铁路通道将开行30 t轴重列车,荷载计算与有限元数值分析表明,列车轴重增加后位于富水软弱围岩及土质地层段隧道基底应力增大,在列车活载反复作用下隧道底部易形成病害。本文论述了对已先期建成的隧道进行基底加固的必要性,论证了采用隧底注浆方案进行基底加固合理可行。

Heavy haul train with an axle load of 30 t will be put into service at the Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway thoroughfare. T he results of loading calculation and finite element analysis indicate at water-rich area with weak surrounding rocks and soil,such axle load may increase the strain of the tunnel foundation. U nder such conditions, tunnel defaults may occur under the train live load. T he paper elaborates the necessities in the reinforcement of pre-inforced tunnel and proposes that grouting approach is to be used to resolve the concern.
