高强度耐久性混凝土是重载铁路桥梁承载并长期安全运营的重要保障,现有规范通常对混凝土配合比材料用量限值、耐久性指标作出规定,但在材料品质及用量对耐久性指标、强度增长、和易性影响方面尚无明确规定。本文对重载铁路预制预应力后张法简支 T 梁 C60高强度耐久性混凝土配合比设计过程中所遇到的材料品质、耐久性、强度增长等问题进行分析,通过对工点周边现有一般品质材料进行试验,分析配合比设计参数之间的关系,在规定限值范围内平衡设计参数之间的矛盾,确定最佳设计参数,解决了混凝土配合比设计时材料品质、耐久性、水胶比、强度、和易性不易兼顾的技术难题。

T he high-strength/durability of concrete is important for the application and development of heavy haul railway,ensuring safety and serviceability. As for existing standards,the dosage limit of concrete components was given and the durability indexes were provided. However,it is not clear in terms of the effect of material quality and dosage on durability,strength increase and workability. In this paper,the mix design of C60 high-strength/durability concrete used for prestressed simply supported T-girders on heavy haul railway was studied and these effects were analyzed. T he relationship between the design parameters for the mix design was investigated through on-site material tests. T he optimal design was conducted through the balancing the design parameters within the given limits. In this way,this technical problem was solved through the balance among material quality,durability,water to binder ratio, strength and workability.
