将军渡黄河特大桥是我国第一座按30 t轴重设计、施工的重载铁路桥梁,其主桥为钢桁梁,堤内引桥为现浇箱梁结构。本文结合桥址处水文地质情况、现场施工条件选择主桥与引桥的施工方案,并阐述了施工质量控制要点,为后续同类型重载铁路桥梁施工积累了经验。

T he Jiangjundu Yellow River super-long bridge,designed and built for the first time based on 30 t axle load,is applied to the heavy haul railway in China. The main bridge is a steel truss while the approach bridges use box girders cast in place. T he construction scheme was determined according to the hydrogeological condition at the bridge location and on-site construction condition. T he key to construction controlling was demonstrated, accumulating experience for the future similar bridges on the heavy haul railway.
