山西中南部铁路通道(晋豫鲁铁路通道)是我国第一条按30 t轴重设计、施工的重载铁路,一次性建成,正线长度1269.836 km,其中提前建成的91.6 km的重载综合试验段为重载设备选型和验证试验提供了支撑。该铁路建设工程量浩大,地质条件复杂,大量采用新技术、新结构、新材料和新工艺,并融入了我国自主创新设计的重载技术标准,标志着我国重载铁路建设的里程碑。在建设过程中,探索并实践了一整套管理办法,保证了山西中南部铁路通道按期、安全、高效建成。本文对此予以系统地总结,为我国今后重载铁路建设提供借鉴。

Shanxi-Henan-Shandong Railway T horoughfare is the first heavy haul railway designed and constructed according to 30 t axle load in China. The construction of whole 1 269. 836 km railway had been one-timely completed. A part of this railway,a 91. 6 km of heavy haul railway comprehensive test line was completed ahead of schedule,which provides support for heavy haul railway equipment selection and verification test. T he railway construction volume of work is huge. T he geological condition is complex. A large number of new technologies,new structures,new materials and new construction procedures were applied,and the design standards for heavy haul railway technology independently innovated by China were integrated into it. Shanxi-Henan-Shandong Railway T horoughfare became a milestone of heavy haul railway construction in china. In the process of its construction,a series of management measures were explored and practiced to ensure its safe and efficient construction,and putting it into operation on time. T he construction management experience was systematically summarized in this paper, w hich could provide reference to heavy haul railw ay construction in the future.
