随着我国建筑工程行业的蓬勃发展,建筑施工的安全管理现状存在安全问题。介绍了建筑施工行业存在的安全隐患和潜在风险,提出了基于层次分析法( AHP)的建筑施工风险控制策略。将定性问题定量化,按照确定评价目标、建立递阶层次、构造判断矩阵等步骤对风险评价进行了具体的阐述;将定量评价与定性评价相结合,给出了评价值判定方法。结合建筑施工安全管理办法,该风险控制策略大大提升了建筑施工过程中的安全性。

Along with the vigorous development of the building construction industry in our country, the current status of safety management in this area is not perfect. The hidden dangers and potential risks in building construction are presented, and the control strategy based on analytic hierachy process( AHP) is proposed. With this strategy, the qualitative issues are quantified, in accordance with the determined evaluation objects, the hierarchy is established, and the judgment matrix is structured, thus the risk assessment is elaborated specifically. By combining the quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, the determination method of the evaluation value is given. This risk control strategy greatly enhances the security of building construction.
