转光剂能吸收紫外光发射可见光,应用于织物上具有抗紫外功效.通过机械力固相化学反应法和液相化学反应法合成4种新型转光剂,并进行了红外光谱表征,分析了激发光谱及发射光谱图,探讨了转光剂吸收光并转换的机理.经对比分析可知,液相合成的转光剂A紫外线防护系数达到115.6,为处理前的3.23倍.

Light conversion agent can absorb ultraviolet light and emit visible light, which can impart fab?ric with anti-ultraviolet effect when applying to fabrics. Four novel light conversion agents were synthesized through mechanical solid state chemical reaction method and the chemical reaction in liquid phase method. The molecular structures of the light conversion agent were characterized through infrared absorption spec?trum. The excitation spectrum and emission spectrum of light conversion agent were analyzed. The principle of light absorption and conversion of light conversion agent was discussed. Through comparative analysis, the ultraviolet protection factor of the liquid phase synthesis of light conversion agent A was 115.6, as 3.23 times as that of the sample before the treatment.
