介绍了真空安定性在线测试系统的设计与实现方法，并借助于虚拟仪器和计算机应用技术开发了一套在线测试与数据分析平台。该系统已投入使用，经长时间的试验验证，系统稳定，可靠度高，操作方便，并具有良好的可扩展性。该系统适用于测定单质和混合炸药、火药及其相关物的安定性和相容性。

Both vacuum stability online testing system’ s design and implementation were described;and mak-ing use of the virtual instrument and computer technology, an online testing and data analysis platform for it was developed.The long-time experiment verifies the system’ s stability, high reliability, ease operation and good expandability in determining both stability and compatibility of elemental and mixed explosives, gunpow-der and related materials.
