采用表面活性剂辅助,抗溶剂沉淀法制备了缬沙坦药物微粉,以丙酮为溶剂,水为抗溶剂,考察了表面活性剂种类、浓度、溶剂-抗溶剂体积比对缬沙坦形貌和大小的影响。分别利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱( FT-IR)等分析方法对原料及微粉化的产品进行了表征。
採用錶麵活性劑輔助,抗溶劑沉澱法製備瞭纈沙坦藥物微粉,以丙酮為溶劑,水為抗溶劑,攷察瞭錶麵活性劑種類、濃度、溶劑-抗溶劑體積比對纈沙坦形貌和大小的影響。分彆利用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、紅外光譜( FT-IR)等分析方法對原料及微粉化的產品進行瞭錶徵。

Valsartan nanoparticles were successfully prepared by a antisolvent precipitation method in presence of surfactants. The effects of various experimental variables (the types, concentrations of surfactants and the anti-solvent/solvent (AS/S) volume ratio) on the particle size of valsartan were investigated in the acetone-deionized water system.The as-prepared particles were characterized by SEM, XRD FT-IR techniques.
