采用煤基活性炭为载体,通过20%稀HNO3氧化处理,先后接枝γ-胺丙基-三-乙氧基硅烷、偏苯三酸酐,络合反应,成功制备了含双羧基双齿配体配合铁铬离子催化剂,其结构通过FT-IR、SEM、XRD等手段得到确证。经初步实验评估发现,该催化剂氧化甲苯合成苯甲醛的收率最高可达16.9%,选择性达72.5%。

Coal based activated carbon activated carbon was used as carrier to covalently immobilize Cr3+complexes after 20%HNO3 oxidation treatment. New types of double carboxyl-containing bidentate ligands were subsequently synthesized by grafting the oxidized coal based activated carbon with NH2(CH2)3Si(OC2H5), trimellitic anhydride and complexation reaction.The samples were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and XRD. The benzaldehyde yield reached 16.9% and selectivity reached 72.5% under the preliminary exploration operation conditions .
