在浆染联合机上进行纱线改性处理,涂料打底再套染靛蓝或硫化染料,可达到缩短染色流程,减少靛蓝染槽数量的目的。本文主要对纱线处理、涂料染液配备、染色工艺流程等环节进行工艺研究。实践结果表明涂料可满足各种纤维的染色要求,丰富了牛仔染色方法,且具有节能降耗的优点。

The process of modifying yarn and then dyeing or over dyeing with pigment was realized on continuous pad dyeing with sizing machine. The yarn treatment, dye liquor preparation and process design in the process were reasearched. The process could meet the demands on dyeing of various fibers. The process not only enriched dyeing methods of denim, but also had advantage on energy conservation and emission reduction.
