提出了非接触方式测量同轴度的方法,采用二维激光位移传感器测量空心圆柱体内表面同轴度。依据传感器的采样率对搭载被测物体的转台的速度提出了要求。同时给出了根据圆柱内表面直径选取二维激光位移传感器的方法及设计技巧。对影响测量精度的因素进行了详细分析。实验表明,该测量装置易于实现,测量精度高,方法可行。

Non-contact coaxiality measuring method is proposed.The surface concentricity of hollow cylinder is meas-ured by using two-dimensional laser displacement sensor.Requirements are put forward for the speed of the turntable mounted to the object based on the sensor sampling rate.According to the diameter of the inner cylindrical surface, the method and design skills to select a two-dimensional laser displacement sensor are given.The factors affecting the measurement accuracy are analyzed in detail.Experiment results show that the measuring device is easy to implement and has high accuracy.
