2011年11月，为贯彻落实全国教育工作会议精神和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010－2020年）》的工作要求，教育部、财政部启动实施了“职业院校教师素质提高计划”（简称国培）。2014年7～8月，本人有幸参加了中石化南化公司和南化院“现代化工教学工厂”项目编号为10132027的企业顶岗实训，收获颇多，感受颇深，本文分别从国培项目简介、培训机构简介、实践提升、培训建议等4个方面进行阐述。
2011년11월，위관철락실전국교육공작회의정신화《국가중장기교육개혁화발전규화강요（2010－2020년）》적공작요구，교육부、재정부계동실시료“직업원교교사소질제고계화”（간칭국배）。2014년7～8월，본인유행삼가료중석화남화공사화남화원“현대화공교학공엄”항목편호위10132027적기업정강실훈，수획파다，감수파심，본문분별종국배항목간개、배훈궤구간개、실천제승、배훈건의등4개방면진행천술。
To implement the job requirements of the spirit of national education working conference and National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan ( 2010-2020 ) , the improve plan of the quality of teachers for higher vocational colleges was started by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in November 2011.In 2014 7~8 month, taking part in the enterprise training ( No.10132027 ) by the SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industries Co., Ltd.and the Modern Chemical Teaching Factory of Nanjing College of Chemical Technology, the four factors of introduction of national training, introduction of training institutions, practice of improving and training suggestions were stated.
