The production processes and the structure and properties of polypropylene impact copolymer 2500 H was introduced, and the importance of the low-temperature impact strength of impact copolymer polypropylene was elaborated. From the perspective of process control, combining copolymer polypropylene 2500H and focusing on the process of the production, several aspects of catalysts and refining of raw materials, the melt flow rate ( MFR) , the amount of ethylene and isopropanol were analyzed carefully, and effective way to improve the low-temperature impact strength of the product was obtained.
