使用Varian 725-OESICP光谱仪,对钢中微量钙元素的测定分析方法进行探讨和研究,总结出的分析方法———ICP-OES标准加入法,实现对钢中微量钙的准确分析。在开放环境下,使用分析纯试剂、二级纯净水分解样品,该方法具有同时消除试剂、器皿、稀释用纯净水、仪器进样系统、空气等五个方面带来的干扰,分析速度快,工作曲线(3~5点)线性好,分析准确度、灵密度高,检出下限0.0005%。可扩展应用于测定钙镁锰钼镍元素等优点。
使用Varian 725-OESICP光譜儀,對鋼中微量鈣元素的測定分析方法進行探討和研究,總結齣的分析方法———ICP-OES標準加入法,實現對鋼中微量鈣的準確分析。在開放環境下,使用分析純試劑、二級純淨水分解樣品,該方法具有同時消除試劑、器皿、稀釋用純淨水、儀器進樣繫統、空氣等五箇方麵帶來的榦擾,分析速度快,工作麯線(3~5點)線性好,分析準確度、靈密度高,檢齣下限0.0005%。可擴展應用于測定鈣鎂錳鉬鎳元素等優點。

The determination method of micro Ca in steel was discussed and studied by ICP of Varian 725-OES.The accurate analysis of micro Ca in steel was achieved by the summarized method ( standard additions ) . In an open environment, the sample was dissolved by using analytical reagent and second purified water.This method could eliminate the five interferences such as reagent, ware, purified water, the system sucked into solution and air.It had many advantages of fast speed, well in curve linear (3~5 points), high in accuracy and sensitivity.The determination limit was 0.0005%.This method would be extended to determinate the contents of Mg, Mn, Mo and Ni.
