测定了芒萁中的水分、灰分和浸出物的含量,为建立芒萁质量控制提供一定依据。按《中国药典》2010年版Ⅰ部附录IXH水分测定法中的第一法、附录IXK灰分测定法和附录XA浸出物测定法测定。结果表明:芒萁含水量均不超过9.87%,总灰分均不高于3.26%,酸不溶性灰分不高于1.54%,热浸法醇溶性浸出物量含量均不低于20.0%。该方法简单、准确、重复性好,为建立芒萁质量标准提供了科学实验数据。

The moisture, ashes and extracts from dicranopteris dichotoma were determined to provide reference for the dicranopteirs pedata quality control.Samples were determined according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia, published in 2010, following appendix IXH, IXK and XA, extracts respectively.The moisture in dicranopteris dichotoma was less than 9.87%, with the total ashes content within 3.26%, acid insoluble ash content was that lower than 1.54%, and the content of extract with hot soak was higher than 20.0%.These methods were simple, accurate and replicate, and provided scientific experimental data for the establishment of quality standard of dicranopteris pedata.
