黄皮叶药材经硝酸-高氯酸(10+2)湿法消解后,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定铜元素含量,采用原子荧光法测定砷、汞、铅、镉元素的含量,建立了黄皮叶药材中5种重金属元素的含量测定方法,并测定了不同产地及批次黄皮叶药材中这5种元素的含量。5种元素回收率在94.25%~104.1%之间,8批黄皮叶中铜、砷和铅元素含量均低于国家限量标准,部分产地和批次药材中的重金属汞、镉元素含量高于国家限量标准。
黃皮葉藥材經硝痠-高氯痠(10+2)濕法消解後,採用原子吸收分光光度法測定銅元素含量,採用原子熒光法測定砷、汞、鉛、鎘元素的含量,建立瞭黃皮葉藥材中5種重金屬元素的含量測定方法,併測定瞭不同產地及批次黃皮葉藥材中這5種元素的含量。5種元素迴收率在94.25%~104.1%之間,8批黃皮葉中銅、砷和鉛元素含量均低于國傢限量標準,部分產地和批次藥材中的重金屬汞、鎘元素含量高于國傢限量標準。

Samples of C.lansium leaves were digested with a mixture acid of HNO3 and HClO4 ( 10+2 ) , and the content of Cu was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, the content of As, Hg, Pb, Cd was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The assay methods were established and the heavy metal elements content in the leaves from different habitats and batches was determined.The recoveries were in the range of 94.25%~104.1%.The content of Cu, As and Pb was lower than that of the national limit standard, but the content of Hg and Cd in some areas and batches was higher than that of the national limit standard.
