以4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛为起始原料,合成了中间产物乙酰阿魏酸,再以N,N-二环己基碳二亚胺( DCC)和4-二甲胺基吡啶( DMAP)为催化剂,通过酯化反应制备了乙酰阿魏酸乙酯,各步产物通过红外光谱、质谱和元素分析对其结构进行表征确认。实验结果表明:在室温下,催化剂用量为乙酰阿魏酸用量的3%,反应时间为4 h的条件下,产率达到75%,为最优条件。

Intermediate 3-( 4-acetoxy-3-methoxyphenyl ) acrylic acid was synthesized by 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde, with dicyclohexyl carbodiimide ( DCC) and 4-dime-thylamino pyridine ( DMAP) as catalyst. Ethyl ester of acetyl ferulic acid was synthesized by esterification reaction.Target product was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and MS.The experimental results showed at room temperature, the amount of catalyst accounts for 3%of the acetyl ferulic acid, and reaction 4 h was the best condition.
