扫描电镜具有分辨高、立体感强、样品制备简单的优点,被广泛应用于不同领域的研究,尤其是在矿物学领域,已经极大的促进了人们对微观的矿物颗粒的认知。介绍了扫描电子显微镜的工作原理及特点,分三个方面重点介绍了扫描电镜在矿物学领域中的应用进展,并提出了扫描电镜未来发展的方向。

Scanning electron microscope was high resolution, strong stereo perception, simple sample preparation, was widely used in different fields, especially in the mineralogy field, and had greatly promoted people’s cognition about microcosmic mineral particles.The principle and features of SEM were presented.The application in mineralogy field from three aspects were mainly introduced, as well as the trend of SEM was discussed.
