目的：探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法：将4O 例行腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各2O 例，对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组采用临床护理路径模式，比较两组住院情况、术后恢复情况、健康知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果：两组患者住院情况、健康教育后健康知识掌握情况及护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ O. O5）。结论：临床护理路径可减少腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术患者的住院费用，缩短住院时间及候手术时间，提高患者健康知识掌握水平和满意度。
목적：탐토림상호리로경재복강경신낭종거정술환자중적응용방법급효과。방법：장4O 례행복강경신낭종거정술환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각2O 례，대조조채용상규호리모식，관찰조채용림상호리로경모식，비교량조주원정황、술후회복정황、건강지식장악정황급호리만의도。결과：량조환자주원정황、건강교육후건강지식장악정황급호리만의도비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜ O. O5）。결론：림상호리로경가감소복강경신낭종거정술환자적주원비용，축단주원시간급후수술시간，제고환자건강지식장악수평화만의도。
Objective:To explore the application method and effect of clinical nursing path in laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery. Methods:4O patients Who underWent laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery Were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(2O cases in each group). The routine nursing model Was used in the control group and the clinical nursing path model Was taKen in the observation group. The hospitalization days and expenses,postoperative recovery,mastery of health KnoWledge and satisfaction rate of nursing care Were compared betWeen the tWo groups. Results:There Were statistically significant differences in the comparison of hospitalization days and expenses,postoperative recovery,mastery of health KnoWledge and satisfaction rate of nursing care betWeen the tWo groups(P < O. O5). Conclusion:Application of clinical nursing path in laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing surgery can reduce hospitalization expenses,shorten the time of hospitalization and improve the patient′s aWareness of health KnoWledge and satisfaction rate of nursing care.
