本文针对复杂装配结构仿真计算存在计算模型复杂、计算效率低的局限性,提出基于ProE与ANSYS Workbench的复杂装配结构协同仿真及优化方法,并对该方法应用过程中的关键问题进行重点研究。以某起重机车架为例,介绍了ProE与ANSYS Workbench协同优化仿真技术的具体应用。结果表明该方法能够提高复杂装配结构的计算效率,并且易于优化分析在复杂装配结构上的推广应用。
本文針對複雜裝配結構倣真計算存在計算模型複雜、計算效率低的跼限性,提齣基于ProE與ANSYS Workbench的複雜裝配結構協同倣真及優化方法,併對該方法應用過程中的關鍵問題進行重點研究。以某起重機車架為例,介紹瞭ProE與ANSYS Workbench協同優化倣真技術的具體應用。結果錶明該方法能夠提高複雜裝配結構的計算效率,併且易于優化分析在複雜裝配結構上的推廣應用。

In order to solve the problem of the design of the simulation calculation is complex, low calculation efficiency of the complicated assembled structure,the co-simulation and optimization based on ProE and ANSYS Workbench is proposed to overcome the limitation due to using single simulation platform. and the key problems in the process of application of this method are key investigated. With a crane frame as an example, this paper introduces the ProE and ANSYS Workbench collaborative optimization simulation technology of the specific application. Results show that the method greatly improve the efficiency of complicated assembled structure and make optimization analysis can be applied in the complicated assembled structure.
