针对汽车起重机换挡力较大、换挡空间有限等问题,本文设计了一种换挡助力机构,该换挡助力机构主要包括传感器和执行缸。传感器用来感知驾驶员的换挡动作,从而控制执行缸对换挡进行助力;换挡助力机构的气路系统可以通过离合器踏板进行控制,只有当离合器踏板踩下时,换挡助力机构才能够进行换挡助力,从而对变速箱进行保护;当气路系统出现故障时,传感器可以实现机械传动,从而进行无助力换挡。
針對汽車起重機換擋力較大、換擋空間有限等問題,本文設計瞭一種換擋助力機構,該換擋助力機構主要包括傳感器和執行缸。傳感器用來感知駕駛員的換擋動作,從而控製執行缸對換擋進行助力;換擋助力機構的氣路繫統可以通過離閤器踏闆進行控製,隻有噹離閤器踏闆踩下時,換擋助力機構纔能夠進行換擋助力,從而對變速箱進行保護;噹氣路繫統齣現故障時,傳感器可以實現機械傳動,從而進行無助力換擋。

In order to solve problems of the truck crane , like large shift force and limited shift space, this paper designs a shift assisted mechanism. The mechanism of the shift mainly consists of sensor and actuator cylinder. The sensor is used to detect shift action of the driver, so as to control the actuator cylinder to assist shift. Gas system can be controlled through the clutch pedal. Only when the clutch pedal was stepped on, this shift assisted mechanism could work, which protects the gearbox. When the gas system was broken, sensor would display the mechanical transmission to make the driver use no power assisted shift.
