针对中小吨位汽车起重机车架槽型底板开裂问题,本文采用Pro/E Mechanica有限元分析软件,对某一典型产品车架进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,车架槽型底板上工艺孔形状的合理化设计,能降低工艺孔附近的应力集中;另外严格控制工艺孔处封板焊接质量,这样能有效预防疲劳破坏。优化车架后段结构,提高车架承载能力。

Aiming at cracking problem which appeared on frame’s trough type bottom plate of medium and small tonnage truck crane, in this paper, simulation analysis is carried on the typical product frame by using Pro/E Mechanica finite element analysis software. The analysis results show that the reasonable design in the shape of hole on frame’s trough type bottom plate can reduce the stress concentration around the holes. In addition, strictly controlling welding quality of sealing plate in the process hole can effectively prevent fatigue damage. Optimizing the frame structure can improve the bearing capacity of the frame.
