Graduate supervisors take up the heavy responsibility on training senior talents .The overall quali‐ty of the supervisor is the most critical factor for the quality of postgraduates .Supervisors can play the role of recessive education and demonstration more effectively by improving their occupation moral quality , professional competence ,affective quality and cultivation of good academic atmosphere .
