目的：探讨麝香壮骨膏控制菌检查的方法学验证。方法按2010年版《中国药典》“微生物限度检查法”进行试验，对麝香壮骨膏进行金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的检查及方法学验证。结果所采用的供试品溶液的制备方法可使菌体沉降完全，控制菌检查均可采用常规法，检查结果符合《中国药典》相关要求。结论所建立的控制菌检查方法有效、可行，可用于麝香壮骨膏的控制菌检查。

Objective To explore the methods of musk Zhuanggu plaster the control bacteria test validation. Methods According to the 2010 edition of"Pharmacopoeia""China microbial limit test method"test,inspection and method of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Shexiang Zhuanggu plaster validation.Results The test method for preparing solution could make the cel settlement completely,control bacteria examination can be used to the routine method,examination results are consistent with the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" the relevant requirements.Conclusion The control bacteria test the established method is effective and feasible,and can be used to control bacteria examination musk Zhuanggu plaster.
