根据王家山煤矿一、二号井急斜坚硬特厚煤层水平分层走向长臂轻型放顶煤工作面,回采过程中因煤质坚硬、煤层有冲击倾向性易于集聚弹性能等客观条件,导致回采过程中顶煤不宜放出、回采率低、坚硬煤体易生矿压显现等问题,进行了针对性技术方案研究,提出采用用煤层俯孔超前预裂注水技术,使其具有顶煤弱化破碎效果好、兼有煤体预裂卸压作用、省工省时便于操作等优点。
根據王傢山煤礦一、二號井急斜堅硬特厚煤層水平分層走嚮長臂輕型放頂煤工作麵,迴採過程中因煤質堅硬、煤層有遲擊傾嚮性易于集聚彈性能等客觀條件,導緻迴採過程中頂煤不宜放齣、迴採率低、堅硬煤體易生礦壓顯現等問題,進行瞭針對性技術方案研究,提齣採用用煤層俯孔超前預裂註水技術,使其具有頂煤弱化破碎效果好、兼有煤體預裂卸壓作用、省工省時便于操作等優點。

According to the horizontal longwall top coal caving face with light weight on sharp, hard and extra-thick seam in No.1 and No.2 pit of Wangjiashan Mine, in the caving process, since the coal is hard, outburst-prone and easy to gather elastic energy, the top coal is difficult to release and low in recovery rate and hard coal is liable to strata pressure behavior. Correspondingly, top coal advanced water injection technology in overhead borehole is proposed, which has not only ideal weakening and breaking effects on the top coal, but also pre-splitting and unloading effect. Besides, the technology has advantages as saving work and time and being easy to operate.
