目的：综合分析36例法洛氏三联征病例护理关键,提高护理质量。方法收集我院2012年1月~2014年1月住院行手术治疗患者36例,其中男12例,女24例,年龄3岁3个月~18岁,平均年龄(10±2.8)岁,均手术治疗。结果术后肺部感染6例,经过积极治疗,肺炎治愈4例,2例因肺部严重感染死亡；1例因术后心衰死亡,1例术后多器官功能衰竭自动出院。结论经过术前护理分析,术后相应的护理措施,合理健康指导,可以提高出院率,减少并发症的发生。
목적：종합분석36례법락씨삼련정병례호리관건,제고호리질량。방법수집아원2012년1월~2014년1월주원행수술치료환자36례,기중남12례,녀24례,년령3세3개월~18세,평균년령(10±2.8)세,균수술치료。결과술후폐부감염6례,경과적겁치료,폐염치유4례,2례인폐부엄중감염사망；1례인술후심쇠사망,1례술후다기관공능쇠갈자동출원。결론경과술전호리분석,술후상응적호리조시,합리건강지도,가이제고출원솔,감소병발증적발생。
Objective Analysis of 36 cases of tetralogy of Fal ot triadcases nursing key, improve the quality of nursing care. Methods 2012.01~2014.01 in our hospital for operation treatment of patients, 36 cases, male 12 cases, female 24 cases, a minimum of 3 years, in March,the biggest 18 years old, mean age (10 ± 2.8)years, were treated with operation.Results 6 cases of pulmonary infection after operation, 4 cases of pneumonia after active treatment, cure, 2 patients with severe pulmonary infection in 1 cases of death; death for heart failure after operation, 1 cases of multiple organ failure after surgery and discharged from hospital. Conclusion Through the analysis of nursing before operation, nursing measures after the operation, the reasonable health guidance, can improve the discharge rate, reduce complications.
