目的：探讨小儿无痛胃镜与普通胃镜检查时护理干预的方法与效果。方法通过对69例小儿无痛胃镜观察组和普通胃镜对照组患儿进行护理干预及效果评价。结果对照组收缩压、舒张压、心率及不良反应均高于观察组。结论在充分做好检查前、中、后的护理干预基础上，小儿无痛胃镜检查安全、有效，患儿依从性强。

목적：탐토소인무통위경여보통위경검사시호리간예적방법여효과。방법통과대69례소인무통위경관찰조화보통위경대조조환인진행호리간예급효과평개。결과대조조수축압、서장압、심솔급불량반응균고우관찰조。결론재충분주호검사전、중、후적호리간예기출상，소인무통위경검사안전、유효，환인의종성강。
Objective To explore the method and the ef ect of nursing intervention of painless gastroscope and common gastroscope inspection in children. Methods A total of 69 children of a painless gastroscopic examination group and a common gastroscopic control group were performed nursing intervention so as to evaluate the ef ects. Results The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate in control group were higher than that of examination group.Conclusion Before,during and after the examination, painless gastroscopy in children is safe, ef ective with strong adherence on the basis of perfect nursing intervention.
