目的：了解急诊科护士对急救抢救药物知识的掌握情况。方法采用自设调查表，对四所三甲医院160名急诊科护士进行调查；问卷分两部分，第一部分内容护士一般情况，护士获取药物知识途径。第二部分内容为急救药物的用量剂型、药理知识、禁忌症和副作用、观察事项。结果不同年资、职称护士对急救药物知识掌握有统计学意义；护士获得药物知识的途径欠缺。结论提高急诊护士对抢救药物知识的掌握需通过全面学习达到，护士系统业务学习、说明书的解读，药物知识培训，是护士掌握抢救药物知识的有效途径。
목적：료해급진과호사대급구창구약물지식적장악정황。방법채용자설조사표，대사소삼갑의원160명급진과호사진행조사；문권분량부분，제일부분내용호사일반정황，호사획취약물지식도경。제이부분내용위급구약물적용량제형、약리지식、금기증화부작용、관찰사항。결과불동년자、직칭호사대급구약물지식장악유통계학의의；호사획득약물지식적도경흠결。결론제고급진호사대창구약물지식적장악수통과전면학습체도，호사계통업무학습、설명서적해독，약물지식배훈，시호사장악창구약물지식적유효도경。
Objective For understand the knowledge of first-aid medications to the city emergency department nurses master the situation. Methods Using its own questionnaire, to investigate 160 emergency department nurses in four class A hospital; The questionnaire is divided into two parts: The first part of content involves nurses in general, the second part covers emergency medicine of dosage、pharmacological knowledge、contraindications and side-ef ect、at ention mat ers、access to medicine knowledge. Results The nurse of dif erent seniority、title exist statistical y significant to basic situation of emergency medicine;The ways to get the medicine knowledge are lack.Conclusion Improve the emergency nurses grasp of the first-aid medication knowledge should be achieved through comprehensive study,medicine knowledge re-education,drug knowledge training,systems business learning is an ef ective way to master first-aid medications.
