目的:探讨一对一规范带教法在检验科实习中的带教效果。方法选择2012年6月~2013年6月在我院检验科实习的学生60名,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组应用常规传统带教法,实验组采取一对一规范带教法。比较两组实习生的考试成绩及实习生对教学方法的评价。结果实验组理论知识和临床技能考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实习生评价结果显示,实验组实习生总体工作情况较好,对自身职业素质的提升认同度也较高。结论检验科实习生一对一带教法的应用有积极效果,能显著提升实习生专业素质,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the teaching effect of one to one standard teaching method in practicing in clinic laboratory . Methods Selected 60 students who practiced in our laboratory during June 2012 to June 2013 ,and put the students into experiment group and control group randomly ,applied the routine traditional teaching to the control group and the one to one standard teaching to the experiment group ,compared the practicing result and es‐timate to the teaching method between groups . Results The theory knowledge and clinic skil in experiment group were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05) ,the work status in experiment group was so much better than control group ,the attitude of experiment group students to promoting occupational were better than that of control group . Conclusion One to one teaching standard method can bring positive effect in the practicing teaching which is able to promoting the students`professional qualities ,it is worth to widely apply in practicing teaching .
