目的：了解护理不良事件发生的类别、原因及特点，为制定护理对策提供参考。方法：针对某医院3年内各护理单元上报护理部的83例护理不良事件，运用护理质量管理工具进行护理不良事件分析。结果：关注主要危险因素及事件，加强过程督导，完善流程与制度，减少护理不良事件的发生。结论：针对本院护理不良事件高发时段、高发人群，给予高度关注，提出针对性的防范措施，确保护理安全。

목적：료해호리불량사건발생적유별、원인급특점，위제정호리대책제공삼고。방법：침대모의원3년내각호리단원상보호리부적83례호리불량사건，운용호리질량관리공구진행호리불량사건분석。결과：관주주요위험인소급사건，가강과정독도，완선류정여제도，감소호리불량사건적발생。결론：침대본원호리불량사건고발시단、고발인군，급여고도관주，제출침대성적방범조시，학보호리안전。
Objective:To explore the categories, reasons and characteristics of nursing adverse events, and to provide references for drawing up nursing countermeasure. Methods:We analyzed 83 adverse events reported to nursing department in the past three years using nursing quality management tool. Results:We could reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events by paying close attention to the main risk factors and events, strengthening the process supervision, and improving working lfow. Conclusion:We should pay more attention to the high-incidence period and crowd, put forward the pointed prevention measures, and to ensure nursing safety.
