目的:描述三级甲等综合医院门诊护士遭受工作场所暴力的现状和影响因素。方法:采用医院工作场所暴力调查问卷修订版对浙江省8家三级甲等综合医院的204名门诊护士进行问卷调查。结果:204名调查对象中,1年内工作场所暴力事件发生率为74.4%。Logistic回归分析结果表明职位、是否为独生子女、积极的应对方式和医院是否采用有效预防暴力的措施4个因素进入回归模型。结论:门诊护士遭受工作场所暴力的发生率高。职位、是否为独生子女、积极的应对方式和医院是否采用有效预防暴力的措施是工作场所暴力的影响因素。建议进行进一步的干预研究,以减少门诊工作场所暴力的发生。

Objective:To describe the current status and inlfuencing factors of workplace violence among outpatient nurses in tertiary general hospitals. Methods:Totally 204 nurses in outpatient department from 8 tertiary general hospitals in Zhejiang province were recruited and investigated by the Modiifed Version of Hospital Workplace Violence Questionnaire. Results:The overall incidence rate of workplace violence among 204 participants was 74.4%in the past year. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that work position, from one-child family, positive coping style and the effective prevention measures for violence that hospital take entered the regression model. Conclusions:The incidence rate of workplace violence among outpatient nurses was high. The inlfuencing factors of workplace violence among outpatient nurses were work position, from one-child family, positive coping style and the effective prevention measures for violence that hospital take. In the future we should conduct the related intervention research to decrease the incidence rate of workplace violence among outpatient nurses.
