以2 t叉车货叉为例,对叉车货叉进行受力分析和计算,对货叉模型进行简化,应用Pro/E建立货叉的三维实体模型,并利用Workbench有限元分析软件对货叉进行静力学分析,得到2 t叉车货叉在满载工况下的应力和变形大小,为叉车货叉设计提供了参考。
以2 t扠車貨扠為例,對扠車貨扠進行受力分析和計算,對貨扠模型進行簡化,應用Pro/E建立貨扠的三維實體模型,併利用Workbench有限元分析軟件對貨扠進行靜力學分析,得到2 t扠車貨扠在滿載工況下的應力和變形大小,為扠車貨扠設計提供瞭參攷。

The fork of 2t-forklift is taken as an example to perform load-bearing analysis and calculation .The fork model is simplified and 3D solid model is built for the fork in Pro/E.Static analysis is performed for the fork by Workbench finite element analysis software , in order to get the stress and deformation of the fork of the 2t-forklift truck at full-loaded working condition , providing reference for fork design .
