在对大型鼓轮布缆机结构分析的基础上,利用有限元软件Ansys对整个结构进行静力学分析,得到鼓轮布缆机在最不利工况下的应力及应变分布图,给出了关键构件强度和刚度的分析结果,并根据分析结果提出了改进方法和建议。

The static analysis is performed for the whole structure by finite element software Ansys based on structural analysis of the large-scale drum type cable-laying machine , to get the stress and strain distribution chart for drum-type ca-ble-laying machine under the most unfavorable condition , as well as the strength and rigidity analysis result for key compo-nents.In addition, the paper also puts forward the improved method and suggestions according to the analysis result .
