分析了电动葫芦的结构特点和能耗组成,建立了电动葫芦机电系统能耗计算模型,仿真了CD型电动葫芦运行过程中的电流和转矩变化,计算了能耗。对不同载荷下的电动葫芦进行了能耗测试,计算了上升、下降及整个工作循环的能效,得到了能效和载荷,以及和起制动时间之间的关系。仿真和测试结果表明,当工作载荷和额定载荷的比值大于某一值时,能效指标的变化小;不同工作级别的电动葫芦的能效测试中,起制动时间和整个工作时间的比值应不小于某一值。

The paper analyzes the structure characteristics and energy-consumption composition of the electric hoist , with the energy-consumption calculation model built for electromechanical system of the electric hoist to simulate the current and torque change in operation of CD electric hoist and work out the energy consumption ; the energy consumption test is performed for the electric hoist under different loads in order to figure out the energy efficiency of lifting , lowering and the whole working cycle and the relation between energy efficiency , load, and starting and braking time .The simulation and test result show that when the ratio of working load and rated load is greater than certain value , the energy-efficiency indica-tor has little change;during energy-efficiency test of the electric hoist of different working levels , the specific value of start-ing and braking time , and the whole working time shall be no less than certain value .
