目的：探讨肋骨环抱器固定肋骨骨折的可行性和临床效果，总结临床经验。方法回顾性分析2011年3月至2014年5月在宿迁市人民医院住院的52例肋骨行内固定手术肋骨骨折患者的临床资料。结果本研究中患者行肋骨内固定术后均感觉疼痛明显缓解，胸壁畸形有明显改善，连枷胸患者反常呼吸均消失，术后未出现1例死亡，未出现严重并发症，所有患者均痊愈出院。结论肋骨骨折在患者病情允许的情况下，早期用肋骨环抱器进行内固定，可以减少并发症的发生，缩短患者恢复时间，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토륵골배포기고정륵골골절적가행성화림상효과，총결림상경험。방법회고성분석2011년3월지2014년5월재숙천시인민의원주원적52례륵골행내고정수술륵골골절환자적림상자료。결과본연구중환자행륵골내고정술후균감각동통명현완해，흉벽기형유명현개선，련가흉환자반상호흡균소실，술후미출현1례사망，미출현엄중병발증，소유환자균전유출원。결론륵골골절재환자병정윤허적정황하，조기용륵골배포기진행내고정，가이감소병발증적발생，축단환자회복시간，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of alloy embracing fixator for the treatment of rib frac_tures. Methods The clinical data of 52 cases of alloy embracing fixator for the treatment of rib fractures in suqian people’s hos_pital from March 2011 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of the patients with rib fractures obtained signifi_cant pain relief,chest wall deformity were significantly improved. The abnormal breathing of flail chest disappeared. No morality or severe complications occurred after surgery. All patients were cured. Conclusion The patients with rib fractures should be treated with alloy embracing fixator at early stage if possible,which can reduce the incidence of complications and recovery time, and is worthy of being promoted.
