目的：探究慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉内镜手术后采用糖皮质激素进行局部治疗的临床效果，为今后的治疗工作提供参考依据。方法选取2011年3月至2013年6月收治的120例内镜治疗的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者为研究对象，按照术后治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予生理盐水滴鼻治疗，观察组给予曲安奈德喷剂治疗，观察两组患者临床症状改善情况及3个月后的疗效。结果两组患者治疗后流涕、鼻塞、头痛、嗅觉减退症状改善比较，观察组明显优于对照组，总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（p ＜0?05）。结论慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉内镜手术后采用糖皮质激素进行局部治疗的临床效果确切，能有效改善患者的症状，提高手术效果，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐구만성비두염비식육내경수술후채용당피질격소진행국부치료적림상효과，위금후적치료공작제공삼고의거。방법선취2011년3월지2013년6월수치적120례내경치료적비두염비식육환자위연구대상，안조술후치료방식적불동분위대조조여관찰조，대조조급여생리염수적비치료，관찰조급여곡안내덕분제치료，관찰량조환자림상증상개선정황급3개월후적료효。결과량조환자치료후류체、비새、두통、후각감퇴증상개선비교，관찰조명현우우대조조，총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（p ＜0?05）。결론만성비두염비식육내경수술후채용당피질격소진행국부치료적림상효과학절，능유효개선환자적증상，제고수술효과，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To study the clinical effect on topical application of glucocorticoid after endoscopic therapy for sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Selected 120 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who received endoscopic therapy in Suixi county hospital during March 2011 and June 2013,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the post_operative treatment. The control group received treatment with saline nose drops,while the observation group received treatment with triamcinolone acetonide spray. Results After treatment,symptom improvement on runny nose,stuffy nose,headache and hyposmia were compared between the two groups,and the effect of the observation group were significantly better than that of con_trol group. The total efficiency rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0. 05). Conclusion Topical in application of glucocorticoid after endoscopic therapy for sinusitis and nasal pol_yps has obvious clinical effects,and it can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and improve surgical result. Therefore it is worthy of clinical use.
