目的：总结冠状动脉旁路移植术中使用间断小切口采取大隐静脉的经验，并与传统长切口作比较。方法选择行冠状动脉旁路移植术患者60例，随机分成两组，每组30例。一组采用间断小切口取大隐静脉（间断小切口组），另一组采用传统长切口取大隐静脉（传统长切口组）。比较两组切口长度、大隐静脉总长度、采取时间、下肢切口缝合时间、切口并发症等指标。结果两组在采取大隐静脉的过程中均未发生大隐静脉主干损伤及移植血管质量相关的手术并发症。与传统长切口组比较，间断小切口组切口长度、下肢切口缝合时间短，切口近期并发症发生率低（ p ＜0?05），大隐静脉总长度、采取时间、切口远期并发症发生率相近，差异无统计学意义（ p ＞0?05）。结论间断小切口采取大隐静脉效果良好，较传统长切口有助于术后切口美容及减少术后下肢切口并发症。
목적：총결관상동맥방로이식술중사용간단소절구채취대은정맥적경험，병여전통장절구작비교。방법선택행관상동맥방로이식술환자60례，수궤분성량조，매조30례。일조채용간단소절구취대은정맥（간단소절구조），령일조채용전통장절구취대은정맥（전통장절구조）。비교량조절구장도、대은정맥총장도、채취시간、하지절구봉합시간、절구병발증등지표。결과량조재채취대은정맥적과정중균미발생대은정맥주간손상급이식혈관질량상관적수술병발증。여전통장절구조비교，간단소절구조절구장도、하지절구봉합시간단，절구근기병발증발생솔저（ p ＜0?05），대은정맥총장도、채취시간、절구원기병발증발생솔상근，차이무통계학의의（ p ＞0?05）。결론간단소절구채취대은정맥효과량호，교전통장절구유조우술후절구미용급감소술후하지절구병발증。
Objective To summarize the experience of intermittent small incision with great saphenous vein in coronary artery bypass grafts,and compare it with the traditional long incision. Methods Chose 60 patients underwent coronary bypass grafting and randomly divided them into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. One group was treated with intermittent small incision saphenous vein(intermittent small_incision group),and the another group was treated with the traditional long incision saphenous vein(traditional long incision group). The incision length,total length saphenous vein,take time,lower extremity incision time,wound complications and other indicators were compared. Results There were no saphenous vein graft injury or related quality of surgical complications in the process of taking in the great saphenous vein. Compared with the traditional long incision group,intermittent small_incision group had shorter incision length,shorter lower limbs suture time,lower incidence of complica_tions(p < 0. 05). There were no significant differences in the total length of the saphenous vein,take time,the incidence of long_term complications(p > 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with traditional long incision incision,intermittent small incision with saphenous vein has good effect it helps to incision beauty and reduce postoperative leg incision complications.
