目的：探讨血清 hs_CRP 水平与脑出血患者出血量、病情、认知功能损害的关系。方法回顾性分析62例脑出血患者的临床资料，另选择健康体检者25例为对照组。检测患者及对照组血清 hs_CRP 水平；分析其与患者出血量、病情、认知功能的关系。结果脑出血患者第1天 hs_CRP 水平为（5?5±1?6）mg∕ L，第3天为（9?8±3?1）mg∕ L，第7天为（6?9±2?4）mg∕ L，不同时间点比较，差异有统计学意义（p ＜0?05）。第3天和第7天显著高于第1天，而第7天又显著低于第3天（p 均＜0?05）。对照组 hs_CRP 水平为（2?4±0?9）mg∕ L，显著低于脑出血患者（p ＜0?01）。患者血肿越大、NIHSS 评分越高、存在认知功能障碍，则 hs_CRP 水平越高（p ＜0?01）。结论急性自发性脑出血患者在发病后 CRP 会发生动态变化，出血量越大、NIHSS 评分越高，患者 CRP 水平也越高。
목적：탐토혈청 hs_CRP 수평여뇌출혈환자출혈량、병정、인지공능손해적관계。방법회고성분석62례뇌출혈환자적림상자료，령선택건강체검자25례위대조조。검측환자급대조조혈청 hs_CRP 수평；분석기여환자출혈량、병정、인지공능적관계。결과뇌출혈환자제1천 hs_CRP 수평위（5?5±1?6）mg∕ L，제3천위（9?8±3?1）mg∕ L，제7천위（6?9±2?4）mg∕ L，불동시간점비교，차이유통계학의의（p ＜0?05）。제3천화제7천현저고우제1천，이제7천우현저저우제3천（p 균＜0?05）。대조조 hs_CRP 수평위（2?4±0?9）mg∕ L，현저저우뇌출혈환자（p ＜0?01）。환자혈종월대、NIHSS 평분월고、존재인지공능장애，칙 hs_CRP 수평월고（p ＜0?01）。결론급성자발성뇌출혈환자재발병후 CRP 회발생동태변화，출혈량월대、NIHSS 평분월고，환자 CRP 수평야월고。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum hs_CRP levels and bleeding volume,illness,cognitive impairment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were retro_spectively analyzed,and 25 healthy people were selected as control group. Serum hs_CRP levels were detected,and the relation_ship between serum hs_CRP levels and bleeding,illness,cognitive impairment was analyzed. Results The hs_CRP level on 1st day was(5. 5 ± 1. 6)mg∕ L in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and that of on 3rd day was(9. 8 ± 3. 1)mg∕ L,and that of on 7th day was(6. 9 ± 2. 4)mg∕ L. Compare in different time points,the differences were significant(p <0. 05). The hs_CRP level in the control group was(2. 4 ± 0. 9)mg∕ L,which was lower than that of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage(p < 0. 01).The hs_CRP levels were higher in patients with larger hematoma,higher NIHSS score and with cognitive dysfunction(p < 0. 01).Conclusion Patients with acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage has dynamic changes of CRP,and larger amount of bleed_ing,higher NIHSS score,and the CRP levels are also high.
