目的探讨消痹液联合中医定向透药疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的护理研究.方法将112例符合纳入标准的膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组55例,实验组57例,对照组给予消痹散外敷膝关节痛点,1次/d;实验组给予消痹液联合中医定向透药疗法治疗,1次/d,两组均治疗2个疗程.结果 VAS疼痛评分比较,实验组与对照组比较,P＜0.05;疗效比较,对照组有效率为85.45％,治疗组为96.49％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论消痹液联合中医定向透药疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎,安全有效、简便易行,为提供优质护理服务开辟一种新方法.

Objective To explore nursing care of Xiaobi liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 112 patients meeting the inclusion criteria for knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group (55 cases) and experimental group (57 cases).Control group was given Xiaobi powder externally on knee pain points,1 time/d; experimental group was given Xiaobi liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug therapy,1 time/d; both two groups were treated for 2 courses.Results There was statistically significant difference in VAS pain score between control group and experimental group (P ＜ 0.05); the effective rate in control group was 85.45％,and 96.49％ in experimental group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Xiaobi liquid combined with traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is safe,effective and convenient,which provides a new approach for quality care.
